Jo's place was established in 1998 and has provided a welcome for mountaineers, trekkers and travellers ever since. Over the years, we've built up our hostal and our reputation, offering a wide range of accommodation in a quiet, friendly part of Huaraz — the springboard town for the wonders of the Cordilleras Blanca and Huayhuash in northern Peru.
We're recommended in all the guidebooks, organise treks and climbs in the Cordilleras, offer kitchen facilities, a common room with cable TV and even the Sunday papers and full English breakfast —  a home from home!
